At first I was skeptical
I admit to having been skeptical about self hypnosis when I started listening to this cd. However, the longer I listened the more relaxed I became, and by the end I felt blissfully languid but refreshed. It was like gently waking and stretching after a wonderful afternoon nap. I believe that I have found a new perspective on anxiety. I have yet to put this into practice but I feel confident that I’m now ‘in charge’ of my anxiety and I can ‘put it in a box’ and close the lid at will. Sharon Shinwell has a very soothing, pleasant voice that just takes you ‘somewhere else.’ I can’t recommend this cd enough to anyone suffering with general anxiety problems.
Sharon’s voice is wonderful ,this CD is so utterly relaxing, let go of anxieties with this ,and of course Sharon is one of the best in the business so it’s a treat to listen to I wish everyone success and I’m sure you’ll love listening.
