​We want you to get the most you can from our Self-Hypnosis recordings, so we have made them user friendly. 

You will find all of our sessions easy to listen to, with no gimmicks or subliminal messages, just gentle music in appropriate places. 

 

Our Hypnotherapy sessions may include relaxing music at certain points, helping the listener to relax further and absorb the information

whilst the speaker guides you with soft suggestions, positive language, and life changing imagery.
 

You will be in control all of the time, able to wake up immediately should the need arise and be able to attend to anything that you need to.
