Very good hypnosis session. . I never thought I could be hypnotised - boy was I wrong! Sharon is so relaxing and it doesn't get irritating after a while. It can be difficult to let go at the start but the more sessions you have the easier it gets, after a while within 5 mins you're gone!
I found these CD's so effective that I went on to general anxiety disorder and then to social anxiety(shyness) and I have stuck with this one every night - I still have a way to go but i feel improvement all the time - it's bound to take time when you have spent a lifetime being shy!
All these sessions I've mentioned have a similar theme(message) so I've decided to stick to the last one rather than rotate them. But I'm noticing all the time that I'm more confident and happier in all other aspects of my life.

I bought this CD after purchasing one for anxiety and panic attacks. I actually struggled to get through the whole CD at my usual time (before bed) because I kept falling asleep!
