For more than twenty-five years, I’ve worked with people who give a lot—nurses, teachers, carers, and professionals in many caring roles. I saw firsthand how constant responsibility and emotional giving can slowly drain energy and peace of mind.
That realisation led me to create Self Hypnosis UK, a space where anyone can experience calm, professional guidance through downloadable self-hypnosis and guided meditation recordings. My aim has always been to make genuine, therapeutic hypnotherapy accessible from home—quietly, safely, and at your own pace.

How I Began Working with Self-Hypnosis
My background is in counselling, psychology, and clinical hypnotherapy. Early in my training, I noticed how deeply the mind influences emotional and physical balance. By combining relaxation, focus, and suggestion, people could unlock positive changes that once felt out of reach.
After completing advanced training in hypnotherapy, counselling, and cognitive behavioural therapy, I began adapting the same proven techniques into self-hypnosis recordings so people could use them privately at home.
Every download I create is written and voiced by me, supported by gentle background music or natural sound effects. My goal is always the same: to help you experience calm and clarity, even on the most demanding days.
Making Professional Hypnotherapy Available Online
Not everyone can find time or money for in-person therapy sessions, so I wanted to bring the same benefits to people wherever they are.
