    I have been having hypnotherapy with a therapist for my ibs but she didnt have snything recorded to use inbetween, after reading the reviews i purchased this cd. It is perfect the session is virtually identical to what i pay a lot more for after 10 mins I'm in deep hypnosis and always wake at the end. My symptoms after one session had lessened enough i went on a one hour walk with no toilets those who suffer too will understand the significance of this..

    This cd has improved the quality of my life. I used it everyday for a week and on the 7th time I went really deep into the hypnosis, I couldn't remember any of the dialogue when it came to counting back to normal consciousness. I knew I hadn't fallen asleep as I was sat upright on a chair.  Sharon's voice is perfect for hypnosis.
    I was having panic attacks about going out and was in a cycle of being worried about being in pain and getting to a loo in time then having an adrenalin hit that of course makes you need the loo. I couldn't even do the school run without having a panic attack, not want you want your children to see.


    What happens now is if I go out and get caught in a huge traffic jam, the trigger to panic still fires but then disappears instantly and before I know it, I'm calm and casually thinking about something else and don't realize until much later that I didn't have panic and pain.


    It has been 6 months and so far so good. I recommend this CD wholeheartedly.
