Terms & Conditions of Download Purchases

No refunds are offered on the purchase of mp3 digitally delivered files. If an mp3 file fails to download correctly or is corrupted in some way, a resend will be activated manually at your request.

Please contact us at alan.shinwell@heretolisten.co.uk as soon as you are aware there is a problem with your download and we will do our best to help.

 

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled as the file/files will have automatically been sent.

You can also read through our FAQ’s to see if the answer to your problem is there.  It is the appliance owners responsibility to know how their device works and how it handles sound files.

Privacy Policy, EU GDRP Compliance, Privacy and Cookies

Please note that these compliances will change when the UK leaves the EU. We will update this information as new data is released. In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR May 2018).  Applies to all digital orders placed within the EU. 

We do not store any data given to us during the purchase process other than the information that is necessary to process the order. This information will be deleted from local storage system once the order is completed.  Therefore, if you need to contact us about your order, please supply the PayPal ID transaction number and your email address.

Compliance with Data Protection Laws

c.    not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach by the other party of the Data Protection Laws.

We allow you to share information with social media sites, or use social media sites to connect your account with the respective social media site. Those social media sites may give us automatic access to certain personal information retained by them about you (e.g., content viewed by you, content liked by you and information about the advertisements you have been shown or have clicked on, etc.)

Our Privacy Policy Regarding Children

We are very sensitive to privacy issues. We are proud of our long time commitment to our customers.
