This programme contains 5 Full-Length Hypnotherapy Sessions lasting over 4 hours in total.
By writing things down, asking yourself questions and focusing on finding solutions to questions – you will become your own CBT Therapist...
The CBT self-help worksheets are presented in word format and delivered in a Zipped folder. These can be edited and changed and printed out to suit your needs. All the worksheets have been tried and tested with our clients and proved to most helpful in encouraging you to work through your thoughts, feelings, worries and concerns in a more traditional way, in your own time, so that you can see how, when and why the problems occur and what to do to change them.
In time you will become your own therapist, analysing yourself and how your thoughts affect how you feel and react. Using the 'Automatic Record' sheets will help you identify 'faulty', 'irrational' or 'self-destructive' negative thought patterns and in doing so, you will able to change them or eradicate them altogether. This takes time, so don't rush things. If you've thought in a certain way and your belief system is well-established, it's going to take a little while to change!
These worksheets are of course optional; you can just use the Hypnotherapy sessions on their own if you wish to and they will be just as effective!

You can use the Hypnotherapy sessions in any order you choose to, just make sure that you don't use more than 2 different ones on the same day, as this would overload the subconscious mind with too much information. Our advice would be to choose the issue you most want to change/improve and one other and stick to these two sessions for
5 -6 days.

One way of tackling Panic and Anxiety is to look at the way you talk to yourself, especially during times of stress and pressure. General Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks and Anxiety Attacks often begin or escalate when you tell yourself scary things, like “I feel light-headed . . . I’m about to faint!” or “I’m trapped in this traffic jam and something terrible is going to happen!” or “If I go outside, I’ll freak out” or “If I walk in now everyone will be staring at me”.
These are called “negative predictions” (or hot thoughts) and they have a strong influence on the way your body feels. If you’re mentally predicting a disaster, your body’s alarm response goes off and the “fight-flight response” kicks in. Hypnotherapy can prevent this cycle getting started.
The Stress Management sessions will teach you how to really relax, not just the body but more importantly in the mind. This is a wonderful time out from the stresses of everyday life and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
The Confidence Building sessions will boost your confidence from with, not by telling yourself you are confident but by altering how your mind actually thinks about you as person and what you can achieve.
