    I bought this CD after purchasing one for anxiety and panic attacks. I actually struggled to get through the whole CD at my usual time (before bed) because I kept falling asleep!   • Excellent value for money

    I had been feeling pretty low since being made redundant in November last year; this was after 11 years with the same company. I was aware that I had done nothing wrong and it wasn’t my fault that the company had folded. I knew that with my skills, there were jobs out there but I just lost the will to look.

    A friend told me about hypnosis and I was immediately sceptical however, I made some enquiries, the problem was, it would have cost me over £150 which was money I couldn’t afford to risk. I then found this CD by Sharon Shinwell and decided I had nothing to lose apart from the cost of the CD.

    Firstly, I have to say that listening to Sharon’s voice is an uplifting experience in itself, I always feel very relaxed after taking an hour out to enjoy it.   • Very good-It helped a lot

    I had a health scare that left me with anxiety. It was really bad. It just took over my body and there seemed nothing could prevent it. I came across the General Anxiety Order CD which really helped me contain and finally reduce the anxiety which allowed me to get some sleep at least. A few months later it was under control but I felt negative about things, I thought my anxiety might come back, I thought negatively about life and situations and that just wasn’t me so I tried the Positive Thinking CD and after about 2 weeks I found my outlook ‘brighter’ and more positive.   • I beat negative thinking with Sharon Shinwell

    I am a competitive Archer, and have had great difficulty in maintaining concentration and blocking out the negative thoughts that creep in whilst competing. These negative thoughts/voices have until now had a detramental effect on my archery.   • I never thought I could be hypnotised - boy was I wrong!

    Sharon is so relaxing and it doesn’t get irritating after a while. It can be difficult to let go at the start but the more sessions you have the easier it gets, after a while within 5 mins you’re gone!

    I found these CD’s so effective that I went on to general anxiety disorder and then to social anxiety(shyness) and I have stuck with this one every night – I still have a way to go but i feel improvement all the time – it’s bound to take time when you have spent a lifetime being shy!

    All these CD’s I’ve mentioned have a similar theme(message) so I’ve decided to stick to the last one rather than rotate them. But I’m noticing all the time that I’m more confident and happier in all other aspects of my life.
